- Requesting an API key. Tell us what you are building and which datasets you need.
- Billing, top-ups, and refunds. Include the email address you paid with.
- Technical support. The endpoint, the request, and the error body you got back help most.
- Dataset requests. If the coverage you need is not there yet, say so — it is how we prioritise.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, or deletion of your data.
